Laugh of the Day

Hellllooooooooooooooooooooooo

Today’s laugh comes straight from my tiny little neck of the woods. A special December trip to my favorite fly fishing pond had me feeling the blues and longing for brookies. Due to fly fishing only regulations, ice “fishing” was out of the question. This left the “to do” list with chop firewood, ride snowmobile, and drink Natty Light. When these activities proved to fall short of instilling in me great joy, I thought I might as well take the old fly rod off the wall at camp and do some casting on the ice. While not catching anything (WTF RIGHT!?!?) It was amazingly comforting to just feel the motions after 3 months off the water. Seeing my immediate excitement and overwhelming joy, my two buddies joined in the fun, and today the proof of our odd practices lay before you in all of their photographic glory.

Happy Castings
