News from the Front

The shortage of Spring fishing in my life is disgusting. Caught between work, graduation, and a pending move, I just haven’t had the time or money to wet a line this Spring. While the upcoming weekend will contain countless hours of casting a fly, my fish count this season remains at ZERO. Still, it is nice to see that some of the Up’North crew are taking advantage of the early season runs. I hope to contribute to the action very, very shortly.

I honestly couldn’t tell you, because unless I’m in the boat with these guys they tend to keep locations pretty secret. From what I’ve heard the action has been extremely hot throughout most of northern Maine, and that goes for trout and salmon as well.

Nice Fish! Are they catching these up near Ft. Kent or farther north? I have not been out yet this Spring, but plan to change that on Thursday with my first day out. It has been a long Spring!
